This policy explains what Asset Bookscollects and how we use it. We keep data collection to what’s needed to deliver an audit.

What we collect

• The website URL you submit, and any optional property name or market you provide.
• Your email address, if you provide one to receive your report.
• Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number.
• Basic, privacy-respecting usage data to operate and improve the site.

How we use it

To run the audit you requested, deliver and store your report, process payment, provide support, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

To produce an audit we share the submitted URL and page content with providers acting on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI grading), Google PageSpeed Insights(performance & accessibility measurement), and a managed browser service for rendering. These providers process data under their own terms.

Early access for upcoming tools

If you submit your email on a tool that isn’t live yet (the “Get early access” form), we store your email, the tool you asked about, and limited context (the page you submitted from, your IP address, and your browser’s user-agent string) solely to contact you when the tool launches and to prevent abuse. We don’t share this list with anyone outside our managed database provider. You can ask us to remove your email at any time via Contact.

Data retention

Your report is stored so it can be reached at its private link. You can request deletion of an audit and any associated email at any time via Contact.

Your choices

Contact us to access or delete your information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR.
