Refund Policy

We want you to only pay for an audit that actually runs. Two protections are built into Asset Books:

You aren’t charged for sites we can’t audit

Before checkout, we check that your site is reachable and renderable. If it isn’t (offline, blocked by a security challenge, or behind a login), we tell you and you are not charged.

Automatic refund if an audit fails

If payment succeeds but the audit can’t be completed, your purchase is automatically refundedand we’ll let you know.

Completed audits

Because an audit is a digital report delivered on completion, completed audits are generally non-refundable. If something went wrong with your report, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right — a corrected report or a refund at our discretion.
